Rock Saxophone

with one comment

Sarah and I chatting about Darkness On The Edge Of Town by the water cooler on the internet:

me: i think adam once told me Nebraska was the shit, that’s next on the list
i’ve always had an aversion to the Rock Saxophone. i don’t know why, but it’s definitely there.
sarah: the worst
me: thank god im not alone
sarah: its the big joke in our office

Personally, I’d love to hear Tom Waits cover “Adam Raised A Cain”. It’s half-way there as is.

  1. There is no Rock Saxophone at all in the following Springsteen albums, in order of excellence:

    NEBRASKA
    DEVILS AND DUST
    TUNNEL OF LOVE
    GHOST OF TOM JOAD
    HUMAN TOUCH / LUCKY TOWN
